Narrator I:

Mondays. Most people hate them. Personally, I don’t. I know I have the whole week ahead of me and I don’t have to worry too much. Tuesdays. The most stressful days for most of my coworkers. So many meetings. But I don’t think they’re so bad. Wednesdays. Others are just trying to get to the halfway point of the week. They look forward to the weekend. For me, the weekend looms closer. Thursdays. We’re almost through. Sure, these are usually our busiest days, but most of my coworkers are primarily focused on their weekend plans. I’m thinking about the weekend a lot too. Fridays. This is it. The end of the work week. Work is an afterthought for my coworkers because the weekend’s almost here! Then the day ends. And I have to go home and hope we have enough food to get through the weekend. The kids get fed at school during the week. But it’s all up to me now.

Narrator II:

Chances are, you know someone living in a food insecure household. If you want to help end food insecurity in our community, consider giving to the River Bend Food Bank. Together, we can end hunger one meal at a time.
